Let Go: A 5-minute meditation for deep release
That even the busiest among us can make time for π
Itβs officially fall in the Hudson Valley. Sweaters on. Fireβs going. Shortening days. Crisp, gorgeous leaves turning and starting to fall.
This season embodies the quality of letting go. And as we round out the year, we can do the same in our own lives. Release stories, habits, patterns, and more β anything that no longer serves us.
I also recognize that life is INTENSE for many. Election season is in full swing. Major storms and devastation. The holidays and all that stress and hustle and bustle (and hopefully some magic ;)) make this time of year feel β¦. Full? Tight? Agitating? Heavy? Tiring? Inspiring? All of it?
So, I will LOVE to round out the year here on Substack by popping into your inbox in a really simple way that I hope can be of service: short, guided audio meditation practices that you can use in any moment of any day.
Each week, a little practice will come your way. You can close your eyes. Put your ear buds in. Simply listen and invite in some literal breathing space in your day.
My paid subscribers will always get a bonus β a longer version of the practice (think 15-20 minutes), a little behind the scenes conversation drawing out the themes at play in the mediation, questions for reflection, an essay, or a live meditation practice invitation β it will always be a slightly different bonus.
May this be of service & so grateful to sit with you,
Cath
PS β Leave a comment below if thereβs a particular theme for meditation youβd like me to teach and speak to. Iβm all ears!
